1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and tb444 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tb444 platform at https://tb444.club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the tb444 platform immediately. tb444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently updated.

2Eligibility

To register and use the tb444 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. tb444 does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party or corporation.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have previously been suspended or banned by tb444.
• You must have the legal right and capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

3Account Registration

To access tb444's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password of your choosing, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information promptly if it changes.

• You may hold only one active tb444 account at any time. Opening or attempting to open more than one account may result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances being forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tb444 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify tb444 customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• tb444 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time and may request KYC documents including a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method used.

tb444 accounts are for personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your account for any purpose whatsoever.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

tb444 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

All funds deposited into a tb444 account must be from a payment source owned and controlled solely by the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• tb444 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside tb444's control.
• Currency transactions on tb444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote this currency.
• Deposits made via promotional codes or third-party gifted funds may be subject to additional verification and wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• In cases of suspected money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, tb444 reserves the right to freeze account funds, suspend the account, and report the matter to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

5Bonuses and Promotions

tb444 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your tb444 account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• tb444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred by players who have accepted the promotion in good faith.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

6Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the tb444 platform, including casino games, sports betting, crash games, and all other game types:

• All bets are final once confirmed. tb444 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a technical fault directly attributable to the platform.
• Game outcomes in all casino titles are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is set by the software provider and is not adjustable by tb444.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the event starting. In-play (live) odds fluctuate in real time. Bets placed at a specific odds value will be honoured at that value regardless of subsequent changes.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, arbitrage techniques, or any other method designed to exploit technical errors, game vulnerabilities, or promotional terms is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.

7Responsible Gaming

tb444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all players to help manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out period, access to all gaming and betting features is suspended.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a longer break may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, or any other criminal conduct in connection with the use of the tb444 platform.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time following a request from tb444's compliance team.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tb444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical faults, service interruptions, data loss, or errors in game or odds calculations. tb444 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the platform at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by tb444's gross negligence.

10Changes to These Terms

tb444 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where the changes are significant, we may also notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of tb444 after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].
